Ingredients

  • 56 fresh mint leaves
  • 23 pinches of sugar
  • 1 ounce gin
  • Club soda

Instructions

  1. Muddle the mint in the bottom of a highball glass with the sugar and a few drops of the gin until the mint leaves are broken up and fragrant.
  2. Add the rest of the gin, fill glass with ice, stir.
  3. Top with soda
