Hey Hilah: I like the #3 title for your cook book. I think it is a perfect fit. lol even though I was a firehouse cook for many years on the far south side of Chicago. :)

Obligatory comment about cooking puppies (It’s a BAD joke, I am sorry) :
“I know they’re so cute you want to eat them up, but it’s just a figure of speech!!!! ”

…. excuse me while I go punish myself….

Yeah, I figured it would either be a soup or stew, there’s not much meat on puppies. Nice veal-like qualities, though.

:) I KID, I KID! :)

I was able to participate in a cajun cooking festival.. It was to raise money for the Utah Symphony. To get to the point when Chef Bolton (also known as the tailgate king) singed my framed poster “cook like hell” was his comment. My only regret was that Chef Besh didn’t make it . I have been so lucky to have known many talented Chefs. I have never become a celeb but I am proud of my work. (it’s late and I am over the limit so forgive me)
Thanks

I like all your subtitles–especially no. 3–but I was hoping you’d go with “Mastering the Art of Hilah Cooking.” Also, you have a very good voice!

Thanks! It was very close to tied between #1 and #3 so we’re going with #3 which was our favorite.
