HHH07 Interview with Adriene Mishler | Yoga with Adriene

Adriene Mishler is the fantastic yogi and teacher of Yoga with Adriene. We’ve been friends for about 10 years and my husband Chris is her production partner for the yoga channel. We also made this “Prenatal Yoga” video series together when I was pregnant with my son. In this episode, we talk about how acting and yoga interconnect; breaking the habit of apologizing; travel tips; and the biggest misconception about yoga.

Amazing, really loved this interview, I love you both, I already sent a voice comment, but yeah I loved it, and I agree with Adrienne about traveling and being alone, so it happened to me I originally from Jordan, and I moved to Manchester three years ago, so it’s been so challenging especially the first year but now I’m more self aware and confidante of being on my own, so traveling surely transforming and you get to know your self more.

Thank you, Raneem! I got your phone message, too. Thanks for sharing your experience. I agree that traveling alone is a great way to get to know yourself. 🙂

Great interview! Love hearing more about Adriene in real life! Can you post a link to her mom’s book or work re: actor’s language? Thanks!

It’s not out yet, Trish, but the title is “The Archeology of Acting: Understanding and Teaching Acting in the Age of The Camera”. I’ll try to update it when I hear the publication date
