We’ve just started up a brand-new Hilah Cooking newsletter and we are going to do some pretty cool things with it.

You may wonder why we need a newsletter when we already have this website, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and all the other internet junk. Well, we developed the newsletter as a way to communicate to the handful of people who are really fans of the show instead of people who stumble across the occasional video.

To be honest, i haven’t cooked anything yet, but i showed your how to season a cast iron skillet to my mother, who refuses to listen to me and instead uses soap EVERY time i cook with it… she has reformed. Thank You! and i can’t wait to try your recipes, especially the biscuits in my cast iron skillet, with TONS of BUTTER!!! 🙂

    Also, albeit completely unrelated to your culinary skills, I was entertained by what I think was your rant about the incident at “Queen” Soopers. We have a Queen Soopers in our capitol hill area of Denver. I could imagine the same occurring at this location.

    I liked the Texas Tater Twisters. Nothing better than an artery cloggin’ deep-fried hotdog with fries on the side…On a stick!!! The vidies have all been a lot of fun. If you and your camera guy ever decide to roadtrip in San Francisco, let me know. I am in the booze biz and have a lot of friends in restaurants. I would be glad to hook you up with some great meals, help you get a Tequila Master’s degree from Tommy’s restaurant, maybe a tour at Anchor Brewing or some wine country tours.

  23. Hey Hilah I found your channel a few months ago and have watched almost every video! I wana try some recipes but hard to find some ingredients over here in Ireland! I’ve been trying to sign up to your newsletter for a few weeks now and always says error.
