Hilah’s Top-Secret Newsletter

We’ve just started up a brand-new Hilah Cooking newsletter and we are going to do some pretty cool things with it.

You may wonder why we need a newsletter when we already have this website, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and all the other internet junk. Well, we developed the newsletter as a way to communicate to the handful of people who are really fans of the show instead of people who stumble across the occasional video.

So, if you sign up, you’ll get access to a lot of stuff that other people don’t get to see. Including…

  • Exclusive Bonus Content
  • Behind-The-Scenes Stories and Pictures
  • Early notification and discounts on cookbooks and courses
  • Other cool free stuff we haven’t thought up yet.

We’d love it if you signed up. We promise not to SPAM you or send you a bunch of boring junk. When you sign up you’ll immediately get access to a secret area of the site where you can see our early test shoots and learn how to make Meatloaf and Hot Toddies.

So just type in your information below. It will be wicked!

just wanted to remark on the fantastic, yet simple recipes, the intoxicating beauty of the chef, and insatiable humor in every episode

thanks for doing what your doing,

    • Hilah Cooking on May 26, 2010 at 5:58 pm

  6. Steven on June 14, 2010 at 3:01 am

Thank you for the suggestion and assistance on the rice and bulgur pilaf. I look forward to preparing it in the next few days.
Also, albeit completely unrelated to your culinary skills, I was entertained by what I think was your rant about the incident at “Queen” Soopers. We have a Queen Soopers in our capitol hill area of Denver. I could imagine the same occurring at this location.

  7. Marshall Lollis on June 27, 2010 at 6:59 pm

Found you online and watched many of your cooking videos. Wife and I both fell in love with you and your skills. We’re making meatballs tonight!

You made a video while enjoying yer beers. Apparently, what we saw was edited lots. So, I am requesting instructions on how to see your unedited version.

    Please Please Please

    • Hilah Cooking on June 28, 2010 at 2:01 am

Hey Marshall! Glad you like the show! I think you’re asking how to get access to the second part of the Great Biscuit Show. Easy! Sign up for the newsletter and we’ll send you the top-secret password.

  8. Drew Tibbs on July 12, 2010 at 9:14 pm

  10. Randy on August 2, 2010 at 11:50 pm

Thanks for the email, Hilah! Yes, I’m all confirmed now. Evidently Yahoo mail was down when I signed up. I finally “received” the confirmation email around noon the following day, even though the timestamp was within seconds of when I signed up.

    • Hilah Cooking on April 19, 2011 at 7:29 am

Hi Lawrence! Oh, please please take me on a gastronomic tour of Montreal. I guess I need to get up there first, hmm?
      Let me think on that.
In the meantime, laissez les bons temps rouler! (That is the only French I know and I’m not even sure if it’s right.)
      Thank you for writing!!! XO

  15. Tom the Winegeek on April 30, 2011 at 5:43 pm

I liked the Texas Tater Twisters. Nothing better than an artery cloggin’ deep-fried hotdog with fries on the side…On a stick!!! The vidies have all been a lot of fun. If you and your camera guy ever decide to roadtrip in San Francisco, let me know. I am in the booze biz and have a lot of friends in restaurants. I would be glad to hook you up with some great meals, help you get a Tequila Master’s degree from Tommy’s restaurant, maybe a tour at Anchor Brewing or some wine country tours.

Can’t wait to see the new cook book. Keep up the great work.

    Tom the Winegeek

    • Hilah Cooking on May 1, 2011 at 8:53 am

Hey Tom! I am TOTALLY putting you on my list of “People to visit in California” and possibly on my list of “People to get drunk with in California” if you’re cool with that.
Book’ll be out sometime in May, God willing.
      Thanks for writing!

  23. Stefani on September 8, 2015 at 6:36 pm

Hey Hilah I found your channel a few months ago and have watched almost every video! I wana try some recipes but hard to find some ingredients over here in Ireland! I’ve been trying to sign up to your newsletter for a few weeks now and always says error.

    • Hilah on September 9, 2015 at 1:11 pm

Oh no! Sorry about that, Stefani. I don’t know why it would give you that message, but I went ahead and added your email address. Expect the next one on Sunday!
Which ingredients are hard to find in Ireland? I’m always interested to learn so that I can try to offer substitutions for people.

  24. Phil Ramirez on September 30, 2015 at 4:56 pm

  25. Phil Kemper on October 8, 2015 at 10:30 am

I’m getting an error message too. I’m devastated! Can’t wait to see what goes on “behind the scenes”. Please send me the top secret code and the secret decoder ring. (okay, I made up that last part, but it would be cool doncha think?)
