Mexican cooking has been my passion for sometime and have to say i’ve made all these recipes etc already but I purchased it anyways as a way to show appreciation for your other efforts.
Hopefully others will purchase, even if this isn’t of culinary interest, to show our appreciation.

a few years ago I read a bunch of books, binged a couple shows, and cooked as much as my broke ass could afford, to prepare myself to start working in a kitchen. 3 years later, it’s going pretty well. starting my third restaurant job this monday. i’ve eaten a lot of tacos over the years. a lot of them came out of your videos. thanks for everything, hilah. you’re great.
