Blue Cheese Dressing and Celery

Perfect accompaniment to Buffalo wings, crudite, or spinach salads.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk or buttermilk*
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 24 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice if not using buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Combine the milk, mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl with a fork or whisk. Add the lemon juice.
  2. Add the blue cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Refrigerate. Keeps well, covered, up to one week.

Notes

*Use only 2 tablespoons milk for blue cheese dip
