Five-Nut Brownies

- 4 squares (4 ounces) unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup AP flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups chopped mixed roasted, salted nuts
- Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan and set oven to 350ºF
- Melt chocolate with butter in the microwave or over a double boiler.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs with sugar until very light and fully blended.
- Mix in chocolate.
- Stir in flour and nuts last.
- Spread into pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.
- Cool at least 10 minutes before cutting.
