Buffalo Popcorn Snack Mix

Perfect last-minute party snack


  • 12 cups plain popcorn (see below for how to pop your own corn)
  • 1/2 cup – 1 cup roasted peanuts or mixed nuts
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 tablespoons Frank’s RedHot
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (I used smoked blue cheese)


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Toss the popcorn with the nuts.
  3. Combine butter, Frank’s, and Worcestershire and drizzle over popcorn. Toss gently but thoroughly to coat.
  4. Spread out onto a large baking sheet and sprinkle with celery salt.
  5. Bake on the center rack for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the popcorn is crisp.
  6. Put into a serving bowl and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and serve warm from the oven.
