1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas, drained (1–15 ounce can)
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon minced chipotle en adobo (1/2 of a whole chipotle)
2 large cloves garlic or 4 small
1/2 – 1 teaspoon salt
