potato cauliflower salad

Cauliflower potato salad has all the traditional creaminess of potato salad, but with some cauliflower in there, too, for good measure. Get healthy resistant starch from the potato and lots of fiber and whatnot from the cauliflower. Plus fresh dill because it’s good that way.
