Hi Hilah,
Thank you for having the word HI(gh) in your name! I love your style! You have the most fantastic sense of humour (I’m English so I spell things funny; and I meant to say sense of humour=intelligence). I found you by looking up seasoning cast iron pans: I’ve been cooking for meself since I’m 8 (I’m from a fk’d up home) & always used cast iron but needed confirmation from the outside world about it ’cause I could never trust me own mum! Turns out I had the right idea the whole time (only thing different is after the hour in the oven I just turned it off, went to bed & left the bloody thing in ’til next morning!) I really love your commitment to whole, natural ingreesements but especially spicy: me dad was from south India & I so love the fresh berry peppers (i grow ’em year ’round in me sun room!) Please give Daisy a kiss from me!
Love from,

Hello Tim!
Wonderful to have you here. You must be quite an accomplished cook if you’ve been doing it since you were a kid. Good for you for teaching yourself at such a young age! Glad you appreciate the spicy, too. What’s a berry pepper? When I looked it up, all I got was info on some dude named Barry Pepper. Google! Act right!
Thanks for writing. Daisy sends you a lick on your ear. 😉
